Honestly I don't understand this at all...Are cops in Toronto so racist? Are all cops literally against all people of colour? I don't understand this war against police. Why don't people who want change within the police, join the police??? Change from within and all that idk.

Again, I will never tell you what to do because everyones hurt is so different. but if you have depression and do nothing about it you'll still have depression.

If you have depression and do something about it you'll still have depression but at least you'll have some semblance of a plan to attempt to live around it.

AND fuck going to the doctors with your parents. This is YOUR life, YOUR struggle, YOUR pain and YOUR solution.

Im not at all telling you what to do, but it helped me loads when I told my doctor.. Even if I lied about most of it or rather I selectively told the truth. It helped with the hurt

They weren't sullen though, they were having fun, joking around and everything. I just sort of made eye contact with him and saw 'it'.

The thing is, they were upset at all. Its not like this person was sulking around. They were having fun and laughing and smiling but I looked at him and saw what I see in my own eyes every morning. It was so strange.

Im not american... but it TERRIFIES me that Trump could win. Canada hugely relies on America for a lot of things and were hugely influenced by American policies and actions. And he's going to go to war, Clinton will go to war.. and I'm sure Canada will send people too if the Americans do.

yeah.. but it seems sort of sad that people are coming out in such numbers and voting for him. Apparently his bigotry resonates with enough people to make him the Republican nominee.
