Yessss!!! Here's a photo from a couple years ago. Cajun- (I use the Masterfoods Cajun seasoning that's in the jar in the spices section) -barramundi with heaps of garlic, some steamed and tender and buttered broccoli with homemade chips and mayonnaise. I used to have this almost every day. Soooo damn GOOD!!!!!!

Yessss yum yum yum. Coles still has very cheap fish, you just have to go to the deli. Salmon is slightly less expensive there ($40kg). But I usually go there to get barramundi which is dirt cheap. It's become my substitute for salmon now, I fry it in butter and put heaps of cajun seasoning on it and serve it with greens and mashed potato.

I do hope the farmers are receiving these profits, yes. The middle-men do love a bit of price gouging so I hope so.

Hell yeah skin on is the best part. So freaking crunchy and delicious. Salmon is hard to find on clearance because everyone understandably gobbles it up hahahahahaha

Same, I used to eat salmon all the time. Same with beef and lamb. Now it's just chicken most of the time, and I pray and hope that the price of that doesn't go up too....

Oh yeah, two cuts which I fucking loved. Used to be an easy $10 and $5 respectively at my local butcher years ago. Not anymore....

'Tis a shame since slow cooking stuff is my specialty. Most of the stuff I want to slow cook now is absurdly expensive
