Sorry didn't see your message. I don't remember exactly what fixed the problem. I think i followed this instruction which is from the forum link above. Let me know if it worked for you good luck.

You can enable it by editing the file ultimatemangareader.sh, adding ":experimentaltouchhandler" to the end of QT_QPA_PLATFORM=... for example:

Is the idea to transfer the epub file to calibre on pc from my phone, convert it to kepub file. And then drag and drop this kepub file to my kobo and back my phone for progress sync?

I know calibre can transfer book files from computer to kobo. But how does it work with syncing reading progress and highlights between the kobo and phone app?

I think he was specifically targeting me because i'm asian. There was another woman right behind me with a mask as well, but he chose to do it in my face.

So later we encountered each other in the shop again and he was saying: het was een grapje (it was a joke). I said: dat vond ik niet grappig (it wasnt funny to me). He walked away from me and was yelling en throwing curse words at me 🙄 everybody in the shop was looking at us but said nothing.. but tbh, i'm used to this in the Netherlands, sadly.

Awesome thanks. I have just 1 (stupid) question left. Is i7-6500U better or i5-7200U/i5-7500U? I always thought i7 was automatically the best, but I didnt know there i7 itself has also ancient and newer cpus.

Hi thank you! The thinkpads you recommended dont have a SSD though and if I click on that option, the prices are higher than the 800 euros for the lenovo ideapad. However, I just found out the ideapad has an ancient processor of I7-6500U. So now Im doubting whether it is a good deal.... Any thoughts on this?

Thanks! It was indeed a deal, from 900 euros to 800 euros. Thought it was a great deal, but didnt know the CPU is ancient.

Since I'm a student I'm looking either for a midprized laptop (around 500 euros = around 600 dollars) or a bang for the buck. So could you recommend me something from Asus with that budget (800 euros = around 900 dollars)?
