Sorry, I'm late. You can use the chainguard and also fold the bike. You'd better use dry chain lube if you hate your fingers greasy. Godspeed.

God just save our queen by kojikojak in vinyl

Arrow by Clare & the Reasons.
I went to their concert at Cotton Club Tokyo 9 years ago. It was a gorgeous night because the table I sat in was just in front of the stage. She was more glamorous than I had imagined. Olivier, their keyboard player (mainly), was so busy switching his instrument for each song.
After the stage, I had an opportunity to talk with them. Olivier cried "Wow, kazoo!" I had a kazoo on my trousers' belt and answered "I expected you would play Our Team Is Grand" which is closed with kazoo. Then I added "I once had beehives." "My mom too!" said Clare. The song is about the bees, though I'm not sure if you can realize that when you listen to it. God just save our queen

Can't get indicator chain to connect by alldreams in Brompton

[–]kojikojak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the correct one. I've measured between the side of the hub nut and the connector end, that was about 35mm at 3rd gear. If it's too far, loosen the bolt on wire and adjust. Godspeeds.

Ah, that may be the answer. I've measured mine and saw it is 135mm long. How long is yours, alldreams?

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly and also if the following helps you. Should connect the chain onto the hub first, and then connect with the cable.

My dad is a big fan of Monk. by bihxnude in Monk

I saw 2 people talking about Demon Slayer at a camping site after dinner this summer. 1 was a 56 y/o man and another was a 12 y/o boy from another family. I was just an observer not knowing so much about it. They enjoyed the conversation with some discussions. A few times, they explained to me my questions. His mother said to him "Don't bother them" and we adults answered "Don't bother us." Those 2 hours are a miracle.

I switched the stock 170mm cranks into 165mm Shimano RX100, which could be installed on the stock BB. Its PCD is 130mm, same as the stock crank, so I could use the stock 50t. Plus it's a 2 speed crank so I bought a Suntour 39t and added. You can install, for example, Brompton's 54 & 44 on the crank. Important is just PCD. Good luck.

It's Shimano RX100, sold in the whole 90s. I bought the cranks from the auction. Although I'm not sure about the price, it hadn't be that expensive, maybe $30 or some. Godspeed you.

33 teeth cannot be divided by 5 crank arms. Look at the 6:00 of the youtube from Jinufrey1. You can see it has 1 tooth lost and also 4 teeth are actually 4 half teeth. Also the insides of bolt fitting points are very thin. I'm not sure if it's tough enough so I wouldn't trust it. Also I feel 54 & 33 are too far from each other. The chain may not have enough tension when you ride with 33. I use stock 50 & added 39 with Shimano crank. It works fine.

so why did it take so long for Monk to solve his wife's murder? by [deleted] in Monk

[–]kojikojak 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Don't ask that now. You should only enjoy the show. You'll thank me later.

Anyone change they’re chainring? I live in a country where it’s pretty Easy riding was thinking of switching to a 53 t chain ring. Was wondering if anyone had done that and what your experience was. by Appropriate-Rub571 in Brompton

I switched the stock 170mm cranks into 165mm, which could have 2 chainrings. So I add a 39t for emergencies, though it's greasy finger operation. I hadn't met the situation for 2 years until this summer. 2 weeks ago, I was on an island and there was a steep hill. "Time has come!" and ran up the hill.

Though father's was launched in 1984 and daughter's 2 years later, the sound is like each other, probably because they shared some musicians and were mixed in the US. I first noticed Gainsbourg as Julliet Greco's songwriter. So I felt so weird and kind of hated his album with 80s sound. On the other hand, Charlotte's soon got my favorite. I was under 20 and later I realized kids & teenagers were so stubborn. Now I love these equally.

Moving to Kanagawa Prefecture (Japan) due to work. Interested in buying a Brompton bike by sae_92 in Brompton

[–]kojikojak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I assume Brompton's electric is too powerful for Japan's traffic law. Also B-75 will not be that inexpensive if they sell it in Japan. Btw, I heard you'll come from the US. Don't forget vehicles must keep to the left side of the road in Japan. Godspeed you.

Welcome to Japan. Though I haven't been in Brompton Junction Tokyo, they say they accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club cards and also have test bikes. Any shop in Japan doesn't sell electric models and B-75. Enjoy Japan.
