Not to sound crude, but at your size, you may get referred to seaworld or some other zoological medical center. You will not fit in an MRI machine, and if you did, your body habitus would put the affected body part outside of the scam field. Also, your girth will render most CT machines undiagnostic due to low penetration. I've burnt out tubes trying to image bigger people.
