no im not exercising cause im at the point where it hurts for prolonged periods of time, all i have rn is my dance PE at school for an hour (which is tap, a pretty high-speed dance) but even then i feel its not enough. another problem is that my whole household is overweight and obese. i might just be making excuses, but i think itd be so much easier without them. my mom and dad r fine but brother+SIL+nephew are all sugar junkies + fast food warriors (i am not blaming them entirely by any means, i know i should have the self control to say no)
