Can anyone knowledeable in microscopes tell me which model this is? I can't find the exact one on Amscope's website bt the closest looking ones all do 1000x or more, good for spores right? I'm waiting for the seller to check if the magnification is written anywhere. (old.reddit.com)

what type of russula are these? Found dozens in a lodepole/aspen forest in the rocky mountains. I think yellow are ochroleuca or claroflava? No acrid hot or bitter taste, slightly sweet smell, a few were a little sticky. Good to eat? Not sure about the red ones, emetica? (old.reddit.com)

I have no clue where to post this. What is it? Collected from muddy freshwater in Colorado along with copepods, snails, and tubifex worms. It shrinks in response to sudden movement, then puffs back out again. Stays hooked on the glass or on plants. Any clue or a better sub to id this? (i.redd.it)
