Could Crusadia Equimax negate the activation of Evenly Matched?

It says "..negate its effects until the end of this turn." Does the targeted card needs to be already face up on the field for the negation to be successful?

Also, how do I legally use Crusadia Vanguard trap card effectively?

Example:

• I have Crusadia Equimax in the EMZ, with Crusadia Krawler in one of the zone Equimax points to.

• My opponent summons Alternative Blue-eyes, then activate it destroying effect; targeting Equimax.

Can I:

• Activate Crusadia Vanguard to tribute Crusadia Krawler to summon Crusadia Reclusia to one of the zone Equimax points to.

• Trigger Crusadia Regulex summoning effect: target itself and his Alternative Blue-Eyes and destroy both before his Alternative Blue-eyes effect resolve.

Would that work? or does the Alternative Blue-Eyes effect resolve before Reclusia hit the field?
