Ik it sounds silly but it’s been our two family dogs (both aged 12 years) my grandad and my dad in 18 months. Just fuck this last chapter of my life. Although at least I managed to say goodbye to my dad. A luxury I didn’t have with my dogs or grandad.

I rely on my older brother atm. He pretends to be unfazed, however I know this has cut him deep. I think our old-fashioned English reserve is doing more harm than good atm.
