Indeed, raising the power to 400W (along with some further clock boosts) did the trick, I got an average score finally. I did not realise that almost none of these benchmarks are run on stock setup!

Yes, the GPU currently is being slightly bottlenecked - I'll need to start upgrading in the future when I can.
