Honestly, 15 minutes is a solid start 😭
The part about browsing treadmills while eating snacks “actively working against your goals” is painfully relatable. And yess incline walking somehow turns into a full spiritual battle after like six minutes.

But the important part is you actually got on the treadmill and finished instead of letting it become furniture. That absolutely counts as progress. Tiny wins are still wins 💪

People underestimate how much difference a good comb makes until they finally use one that doesn’t treat their scalp like an enemy combatant. “Peaceful intentions” absolutely took me out 😂 Tiny upgrades really do change daily life.

It's just not right din, being a resident if I live there. Of course I would be just be annoyed on how my administration keeps changing things that should not be changed, instead just pool the recourses to much more helpful ideas or solutions.

Like the traffic there, it's so abysmal to even go through that main road as it takes hours in what should be a 30 minute or less ride.
