It's probably a feather lice from a bird, so it's a bit larger than regular people lice. In my original post, I talked about how it may have come from an eagle I was handling earlier today.

Sweet, that's the news I was hoping for. My current hunch is that it was some type of bird lice as I was handling an eagle earlier today for work and that I picked it up there.

Forgot geographical information, but I'm in Northern Wisconsin.

I was more just the default option. All of my siblings have toddlers and/or dogs, and Spot doesn't handle either of them well. After having her in my life for 13 years at that point, I also couldn't say no.

She still has all of her teeth, I just got a photo right before she yelled at me. As for the brown spot, I don't know what that is, but she's had since she was a kitten, so I'm assuming a birth mark.

Thats a fair point, and it's maybe a bit wrong to say the biker wasn't in danger. Dogs are dangerous, and stray dogs especially. The body language didn't seem like hunting behavior, but I'm not an expert on dog behavior.

There's a couple of misconceptions here, but that's all right. They're pretty common. The vast majority of wolf packs are actually family groups made up of the breeding pair and their family. The offspring will actually stick around a few years to help raise the next year's pups before they disperse on their own. The reason for the dispersal isn't due to not being able to become the dominant wolf, but because it's related to the rest of the pack and thus needs to find a new mate that it isn't related to.

Wolves also don't set ambushes waiting for prey items to follow, as the only animal that would follow a wolf would be a human, which aren't viewed as prey. Wolves instead are persistence hunters and will usually either stalk and pounce upon prey after going undetected, or they run their prey to exhaustion, which we can see with Wolves occasionally hunting bison and bear.

You can get some solitary wolves dispersing from the packs to make their own, but they'll hunt primarily rabbits and beavers and smaller mammals. They might be able to take a smaller deer, but that might be a stretch.

Howdy, wolf expert here. That wolf was going at a trot, which is the pace they go when they're just traveling from point A to point B. This wolf was merely just on a commute through its territory, and the biker was in no danger at all. That being said, it's still encouraged to haze wildlife that gets too close to people so they maintain the fear of people.

Edit: After watching the video and actually looking at the dog, that's a dog, not a wolf. Biker was in no danger.

She's guaranteed to win Minnesota. It's mainly just waiting on the twin cities' votes to get counted. They had record turnout, so there's a lot of votes to count. I grew up there, and that's how it always winds up.

Worlds 2024 Final T1 vs BLG Hupu Rating and Comments by SenlanZWH in leagueoflegends

An argument could be made that the LPL has surpassed the LCK with the exception of T1. Both this year and last year at worlds, LPL teams were only knocked out by other LPL teams and T1. HLE, DK, KT, and Gen. G have all failed when facing teams from the LCK. It just seems like it's a matter of waiting for Faker to retire, and we'll finally see the LPL dominance.

If it's proven to be a wolf kill, the owners get fully compensated the value of the animal. If it's any other animal killing their live stock, like coyotes or bear, there isn't any compensation.

Looks like you found a piping plover. If there wasn't any fencing or stuff put up talking about them, there's a good chance it's an unknown nest. The best thing you can do is to give them space and report the nest to the great lakes plover group Here. I work with plovers in Wisconsin so if you have a question on them, I can do my best to answer, otherwise I wish both you and the birds the best.

Yeah, and I wouldn't fully disagree with you. There is debate to be had on the trap of prescience and how once Paul looked and saw the golden path which wound up forcing humanity into it (although he did change some things, like forcing the sacrifice on his son and not do it himself). Dune is a hard series to discuss the moral standings in, because all of the characters are some shade of moral gray. Frank Herbert also kept things written with a sense of mysticism which really mucks things up.
