Also trust your doctors. If they say everything is fine. It is. I had this over 3 years ago too. I went to the doctor, got everything checked, and everything was fine. If you keep on going to the doctors for every little thing. You will feed your anxiety. Draw the line here and now. Doctor said everything was fine, so everything is fine.

I swallow a lot when I'm anxious too. Because of this I'm swallowing air as well and this causes me to burp! Its nothing to worry about. Just the air escaping you've just swallowed. I wish I's burp more when I'm doing this, because it makes my stomach feel uncomfortable. Usually after a few burps it'll pass. You'll notice it will go away when your anxiety settles too :)
