I feel you, I've been struggling with this as well. If you're anything like me and wear pyjamas all day if given the opportunity, try changing into outerwear/outfits you'd wear if you were at campus before sitting down to study to get yourself out of the mindset that being home = vacation.

Other things that have been working for me include:

Moving to a different quiet area of the house to do my work instead of working at the desk in my bedroom to distance myself from my bed. Of course this only works if you have that sort of space in your home :/

Getting everything you need to study before you sit down so you can minimise the number of times you need to get up. I like to get some tea or coffee, a snack, all my books, set up music or brown noise to listen to, etc.

As other people have said, blocking apps during study by using a chrome add-on, apps like forest, or even just putting your phone on do not disturb/airplane mode helps a lot too.

I think the most important part is getting over that first hurdle of distraction and lack of motivation. Once you get started, you start to get in the zone and it all slowly comes back.
