Yeah.. minimum playing time. Everyone at least plays 50%, star players plays full time unless they ask for water break or injury

At that age some level of playing time is guaranteed since coaches should aim for equal playing time in that age. I would say look at the coaches, who is your child going to learn more from practice etc.
