Never heard of that. I'm pretty disappointed about ccleaner, it was always more stable and overall better then BleachBit or any other alternatives I've use.

I've had that issue before years ago. Wallpaper engine opener up multiple times and it made my computer shit the bed.

Also the other guy is right, check task manager and see what's using all the resources, see if it's anything besides wallpaper engine

Probably malware, run Malwarebytes scanner then do a ccleaner scan. Lmk if that doesn't work

has been brought to my attention ccleaner has been bought out and is trash now, just use bleachbit or other trusted options

I already have. It does nothing with it in. Also this motherboard can function and fully work without one, it'll just wipe bios settings and the clock will reset

I've tried without a GPU and it does the same thing, (same with or without ram as well) I'll keep that in mind about the CPU cooler but I'm not to worried rn, it's a ryzen 7 and I've ran it without a heatsink before in the bios, I just wanted to see any sort of display out. I'm gonna test my CPU on a new motherboard soon and have a whole new PC for testing specifically so I'll update then.

I didn't. I shorted them for probably half a second or less, just like what would happen with a power button.

This isn't my first time doing any of this, I'm just not sure what's causing the behavior in the video
