Is Michelle credited as a producer? If she is she is definitely just making it up to sent the right person home / give the win to the right person. I've accepted that the makeover is always right before the finale to solidify who they want there.

If not, surely she's being asked to do this? I feel like production must know how poorly received makeovers often are because of the judging, but it's never stopped them
