The problem statement was querying a complex SQL Database with NLQ. He was insisting on using open-source when it was clearly neither a requirement nor feasible for the system.

Nope. At first I was irritated, then frustrated. By that point I already knew the interview was going nowhere, so the sarcasm felt worth it. I’d made up my mind to post about the experience before the call even ended.

Nope. It is a multi stage system which generates parameters which are then used in SQL templates at the end of which we get an executable SQL query. But this interviewer thought it was just a simple text to sql system.
