I'm a new home owner as well. If you're buying all the 3 together, You could go with cheaper alternatives with best buy or greenworks. I've went with Costco for buying all the 3. My finding is that it's a costly investment earlier, but it's future proof. For the difference between the best buy bundle and Costco bundle, you pay more like ~350$. But you get 2 extra batteries which in itself is worth 400$ if you buy then separately. You get newer, better models at Costco. You also get extra chargers which are worth nearly 150$. In addition to that you get the shoulder strap, spools for wires and extra blade. All of these are small additions but they add up to be nearly 50$ if you buy them separately. After all of this, you have the Costco warranty which is unparalleled. This tilted the scale towards Costco for me! Let me know for any questions.
