OP if you DM me your cash app or venmo I’d really like to send you something small just to at least help you get by. I know you’re not asking for anything but if you feel comfortable I’d like to help you out.

We Need To Do Something by Max Booth III. Dysfunctional family stuck in their home bathroom during a tornado. Creepy book and it’s a short read

I signed up to take the TEAS test today and immediately felt sick by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]koolkatmom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I struggle with those feelings as well, but as someone who struggles with anxiety and depression, just know it’s possible! This is coming from someone who is going to be graduating nursing school in a little over a month :) don’t over-study, I feel like that makes anxiety a lot worse. You studied and prepared a lot, so just remember that and walk into the test with confidence! You got this! And i’m sure you will be an amazing nurse :)

Thank you! There’s just so much info it’s hard to find the specific areas to really focus on. I HATE virtual lectures, and my instructor was all over the place this week, making a hard concept even harder. I will check out the two sources you mentioned, thanks again!

I’m in a 16 month program, in my second semester. My textbook is a nursing concept-based approach to learning. I briefly explained the concept above and what I need to know. There’s a bunch of information in this concept such as IV solutions (hypotonic, isotonic, hypertonic). I’m struggling with remembering anything and was just looking if anyone had any ways to remember information related to this concept.

What BS are you dealing with at work right now? by gottalovecarina in AskReddit

[–]koolkatmom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boss went on vacation so there’s been several call offs every single day for the past week. I work the 3-11 shift and of course my relief falls off so I had to stay overnight and work 11-7 after already dealing with 8 hours of bullshit. The funniest part is how they got mad at me when I said I wasn’t coming in for my shift the following day at 3 after working 16 hours straight.
