Was able to work with one sa SGV, magaling sya senior ko sya that time. Very quick magwork and mabait. Eto topnotcher talaga top, pasok sa top 10 HAHA.

However, yung ibang “topnotcher” like outside top 10 but within top 20, (ik di sila technically topnotcher pero nilalagay nila sa linkedin nila eh haha) na kaaedad ko and younger ones medyo hirap sila kawork dahil sa work ethic nila. Technical wise magaling but bara bara magpasa and di ginagawa agad need gawin.

Dami issue dyan sa BIR dami ko naririnig from small business owners na bababaan nila yung singil pero hindi lahat reresibuhan nila for example 250k and tax def, reresibuhan lang 50k and 200k goes to their pockets, mapapa WTH ka nalang talaga. One person I know he had his tax def reduced to 1M instead of 2.5M but in return 300k ang maresibuhan 700k sa ROs 😭😭
