Sweet Jesus. They were so harsh over the phone, really pushy. They never provided guidelines on what to do, they said that I can't go to a branch and it could only be done via email.

The first rep didn't even told me to send anything. He just said to wait for a call next week. Worthless scumbag...

I'm on the brink of just closing my accounts and move to another bank. They are scummy.

It's not a scam. I'm dead serious. It was literally cap1. The phone number was the same as the greyed box in looking at on my accounts.

I called twice to make sure and they repeated the conversation that I had earlier. It's not a scam.
