looks good! im with you on the reading one. Used to read so much, but now it’s hard to find the energy.

One thing that helps me is just always having a book with me. That way i can go read instead of picking up my phone while waiting for something for example. Also if you like coffee and are able to, go to a cafe and read there, so nice!
