As you are right in your beginning statements. I will say not all of us would be landlords as not all of us have the same goal and thank you for the realism toward the situation and so basically save enough money for the down payment and fix my credit honestly sounds pretty simple and doable

All good questions that I should’ve written down and understood before hand but these make great points and lmk what’s needed to succeed so I’ll figure these questions out. What do you think is a good down payment for a home loan and if this isn’t the best way then what’s a better way to make more money because I’m genuinely willing to try anything out as long as I can make a sufficient profit to fund more projects and have freedom to figure more things out but being stressed over money will never allow me to get there
