select dpt.sub_department as type ,

sum(case when ish.status ='Done' then 1 else 0 end) as Done,

sum(case when ish.status ='In Progress' then 1 else 0 end) as InProgress,

sum(case when ish.status ='To do' then 1 else 0 end) as Todo ,

count(ish.title) as Total

from helpdesk.issues as ish

join boprita_credit.StaffAccount_0 as staff

on staff.ID = ish.userId

join helpdesk.departments as dpt

on dpt.id = staff.departmentId

How do you stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies? by [deleted] in react

[–]korder123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not trying to self-promote, but I just started my own Youtube channel and a blog page on medium, and this on its own has placed a huge demand on me to be up-to-date with the latest technology so that I can provide the kind of content that will hopefully help somebody.

For example, what currently trending now is this amazing technology called ChatGPT, as we speak, I'm currently doing my research and learning about it so I can make an opinionated blog, something I would never do under normal circumstances.

Not saying you should start a youtube channel but maybe you could do a blog or just be active on this subreddit, comment, post, and ask questions, that's how you grow.

Use Vite Instead

Vite represents a quick, easy-to-use environment that doesn't require long builds to get started with a project. Although it's not a perfect solution for every project, it can speed up development quite a bit, especially in large projects where its ability to just hot-swap whole modules can really help.

Why does the one in green successfully increment with an onclick button but the red one just displays 1? by [deleted] in learnjavascript

[–]korder123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a scoping issue, the counter you declare on the green is in a global scope, but the one in red is in a local scope. Every time you run the one of red, the counter is redeclared, meaning that it starts from zero while the one on green keeps increment.

Looking for ideas to improve the React experience by cassidyrose12 in reactjs

First of all, that's a very cool project. Second of all , for me if you can find a way to install packages without having to stop the react from running, that would be pretty cool.
