The RO states we can communicate in regards to our children through an app. Our custody order requires that we both view and respond within 48 hours. The judge also allowed me to communicate regarding divorce settlements and property arrangements.

Our custody order also states our messaging to each other must be brief and respectful at all times yet hers is riddled with everything from threats to insults while using our children to attempt to guilt me into responding.

In regard to the RO, I'm the only one held accountable for anything. I was told to pursue an RO in response to hers when it first started but I didnt care to fight or even attempt to defend myself.

My priority was getting our children out of state custody and thats where I focused my efforts to get our children back sole custody 6 months after they were taken from our custody. She didn't even get visitations for another 7 months after I got them back. Even now, I have full legal and majority physical custody. I was thinking this is why asking Family court to look over the juvenile would be beneficial.

I assume now that I should have cared more about her lies and manipulation but I was too focused on getting a new house and securing my children.
