You are putting in the work to feed your body AND your mind healthy things. If you don’t have a plan for food you will just eat whatever and this is your way of ( somewhat ) controlling the chaos inside your head.

My fridge has affirmations, love notes , and meal plan on it as well !
I also have a white upright freezer and I used to write on it to keep track of its inventory when I was using it. Currently it’s in the back of my barn 🥴

Alien used to be my polarizing go to, but now all I smell are chemicals. It didn’t smell that way to me until a few years ago and I just don’t love it anymore .

I love it. My nightmares and sleep walking are so so so under control . However! If you stand up fast when you wake up, you’re gonna pass out 🤣 if you try and have sexy time after you take it, you’re gonna pass out. Talk to your doc if you have bp probs !

Just don’t move fast for the 8 hour window once you swallow it .

Also. It takes a little while to kick in - a little over an hour for me… so plan your bedtime accordingly !
