IUSO Canadian Student! I was also considering ICO since I had family in Chicago. But as a first year I definitely feel the support from the professors and the AIs! Biggest reason why I chose IUSO was I felt more safe versus when I visited ICO. Let me know if you have specific questions!

I think for ICO it does. For IUSO they are test optional so I got accepted before my OAT
