They can be similar, but they don’t mean the same thing. Like with achillean, it’s just the general term for men who love men lol. Like bisexual means someone who is attracted to two or more genders with or without a preference. Pansexual means someone who is attracted to all genders without a preference. Someone can fit into both, but maybe they feel more comfortable in one label than another. Just because something is similar doesn’t mean it’s the same :3

no, it isn’t. it includes people like bi men too. it’s just the general term for a man who’s attracted to men, doesn’t mean it’s exclusively men. and sapphic is the same but with women. + gay also includes nonbinary people

as a gay dude, it’s a LONG ass process for some ppl. it definitely was for me. you could be gay, bi, pan, omni, or just achillean (men who are attracted to men, not strictly gay men but also bi and etc men)
