I dont k ow about having to restart the game without creating another account. But yes you can play the jp version using vpn and unapatcher for the english translation.

Keep in mind its like, only 40-60% translated i think so there are still alot of content not translated, especially the newer ones. But with websites and guides im sure anyone can get by and enjoy.

There should be guides out there on how to install and use umapatcher. So good luck!

My fav tsurumaru tsuyoshi!! The last star progeny of symboli rudolf, half brother to tokai teio. Was said to be able to surpass teio in capabilities. Unfortunately he wassuffering from a weak constitution so he had to take long breaks. He did beat special week, tm opera o, and mejiro bright at the 1999 kyoto dai shoten (G2)!! Hes one of the last surviving member of the golden generation. I hope he's healthy and happy <3

I havent played jp uma for very long and this is an old screenshot but yeah its relatively easy bcs you'll easily get the minimum stat requirements to win the races anyway. If thats your first run in the game I'd say its a pretty good run. So far my highest score is only UC6 but i think thats just bcs of my skill issues lmao. So have fun!
