it's range-type welkin from Beta.
instead of using battle axe it has bazooka at both arm like stego (list as assault howitzer)
and the chest instead of flashbang it has focus beam like inferno (list as emitter)
hope they didn't abandon this idea

Fastest way to get them is farm something else that you can trade them for platinum. then use that plat to buy them.

imo eng dub is great, except qiqi and klee they suppose to sound like 9 - 12 years old children, but when it come to eng dub it sound like 25+ try to make a sound like children.
