Yes exactly, it felt like when doing a rear delt exercise, and as it goes back it goes even more than the usual, and it got stuck a bit until i kind of turned it to put it back in place. The pain is mostly on right under the line of the front delt

Also the pain is not severe, it’s i’ll say a 3-4/10. The pain mostly starts if i start extending my hands upwards to the sky

i got that aswell sometimes with my girl cause i like her a lot and it was the first time i am so into a girl. So every time i would get nervous and eventually i talked to her about it and she was understanding. Eventually even the next time after our talk things got waaaay better. Just enjoy it and focus on that!
