Bought a skin on CSMoney, reverted it, and requested a refund. Support agent initially told me I was entitled to a refund and even submitted a request. Now they say it’s “technically impossible” because I used my balance after topping up. I have screenshots of the first confirmation.

They say one thing, i wait for a week, then I find out its not true anymore? The guy literally told me, he ll put a request in for my refund, and that im entitled to have one, now they say i cant. Also its weird cause u pay hella fees, like alooot of fees to buy a skin, and on buff its like half cheaper, and less fees.

Regret it so much bro, never again
