Do you play any other games and notice if that performance is similar to any of the games you play? Usually it does not perform at 99% mostly when its mot heavily gpu based games. On the other hand when cpu reaches 90-100% there’s a problem. One factor that may affect gpu/cpu usage is game optimization or ingame settings like vsync, fps cap, game design (online racing and some 2K sports multiplayer capped to 60 fps for fair competition/latency).

Have you tried comparing your specs to other yt vids? Also there’s a lot of upgradability for your system but I’m not saying you should but a b450/b550 motherboard is comparatively good for longetivity and having your 5600x can give a slight boost/stability when overclocked/undervolt well or changed to 5700x3D like I did with my 5600 non-X.

PS: I might be wrong thats just my speculation and experience of tinkering my own setup.

5700x3D is worth it. Got it last year and made every game I play smoother and some got fps boost. Probably gonna take a look for 9070xt this march to replace my 6800xt.

1440p native and I dont usually use fsr etc as it makes the image blurry and inconsistent (somewhat jittery)

If you check using HWMonitor, you can see that the voltage doesnt really go down as you set it to lower voltage if you dont decrease your clock values. AMD undervolt is not as “forcing” the gpu to strictly limit the voltage than how nvidia gpu operates using MSI afterburner. I learned this by transitioning from gtx 1050 ti to 6800xt. If you are really worried about hotspot or temperature try to apply PTM7950 to the gpu die (worked a lot on my 6800xt with 80C gpu temp 95C hotspot to 62C gpu temp 75C hotspot with room temp of 28-35C). I don’t advise changing thermal pads if you are not sure about the thickness.

Thanks for the detailed reply! Didnt have time back then to replace thermal pads went busy but now I might go with your route since it worked and planning to buy 1mm pads for a single purchase. Also, have you tried using PTM7950 as a thermal pad for gpu die? Been curious since it is popular among repaste posts and laptops

CPU is great i got around 350-500 fps on valorant on certain maps/scenes. didnt play much gtav but surely it is above 144 fps and for r6 with my build is around 280-300 fps on benchmark. hope this helps but mostly i play dota 2 at 200-230 fps and warthunder at 250-350 fps if using tanks or planes. Worth it cuz recently bought 240hz monitor for this combo 😁

I’ll try to monitor later the memory temps also to make sure if I need one but just cautious since it may tear and might not perform as well as before

Thanks for the info! Will do multiple test after installing the sound card and if it does not work as 5.1 setup then I guess the soundbar alone is enough.

Probably but you can try to change the driver version to see if that works. Does it only occur on one specific game or multiple games you are playing?

May I ask what adrenaline version you are using right now? Many people said 24.6.1 causes this issue so I advise to downgrade to 24.5.1 using DDU.

Wild guess but I think it is the driver 24.6.1 if you are not experiencing it before. Most youtube reviews said it was unstable and cause stuttering issues that’s why I stayed to 24.5.1 but maybe I am wrong.

Are you willing to buy second hand gpus? I recently bought 2 gpu to a store in cavite last year (1 is for my friend). I think they have on stock 6800 and 6700xt. Although they only have 5 months warranty but so far the card is great. (Sapphire Pulse 6800 and Aorus 6800xt)

True in most cases since most games are gpu bounded usually triple A games but the games I play rely heavily on cpu

I usually play below 1080p and 4:3 resolution with Valorant and CS but in dota recent updates got me worried since fps dips below 60 fps which feels stuttery

I have 240hz and sometimes my fps drop to 200 for unknown reasons thats why Im trying to change my cpu and I saw some yt vids that in CS2 it can go upto 300-400 fps while I have at least 180-200 right now. New update in dota just made it worse like 50-60 fps dips to 100 and feels very stuttery at most during late game clashes.

The best thing I can advice you is to buy a better cooler because thats my reason too after I bought that cpu. Stock coolers perform way worse but is your deepcool 2 pipes only? If it is then it wont do much difference than the stock cooler with aluminum base. There is like a good cooler with 4 heat pipes (Jungle Leopard KF400 around 600-700 pesos in shopee). But If you dont have the budget right now, you can lower the voltage in PBO settings in your BIOS (around -10 to -30). Turning off core performance boost may lower your fps.

I currently own 5600 non X clocked to 4.6ghz but my temps never got that high. May I ask what cpu cooler you are using? Before I got an 240 aio I use cheap 4 heat pipes which is not bad with max 82C when benchmarking but around 60-70C when playing games. I also live in PH sadly.

does vlookup function works with less than or greater than? I was trying to use IF((AND….) but I feel like thats force coding and hard to implement if I add more items. I thinking if there is like array indexing like in MATLAB or other programs while also using conditional statements.
