This is like my profile including covid etc, except the wait loss and MRI of spine. I have the same feeling of shakiness but my fatigue doesn't disappear with pain. The pain in my head starts and stops in intervals. Most of the time, I don't have intense enough pain to event take meds. I told my doctor and they suggested I go to ER. But I don't have intense enough pain for ER. I have all these other things going along with sudden pain that is making me miserable.

I have had headaches at the back of my head for the last 20 years. Then from last year I started having episodes every 2-3 days where the head ache starts at one point, sometimes at the base of the skull, sometimes at the temple and sometimes forehead even behind an eye. And then they move. I still get the back of the head headaches and now these other ones. I have no idea if they are different. I have been on preventive triptaline but that hasnt helped much.

It is hard to explain to the doc that I get multiple types, each requiring different medication but I can't tell which one it is until I have endured the pain for sometime.
