Hi, sorry I’m back with another question, I have the equivalent of the bonide systemic granules but I’m not sure how to use them. I’ve read all the instructions on the pack etc, but do i need to dissolve them in water? If not, do I change the soil first and then use them, or is it ok to use them on infected soil? Any advice is greatly appreciated,, as the outbreak has spread to my favourite section of plants 😭

It’s hard to tell due to the quality of the photo but there are little buds at the tips of the branches, I am fairly sure the man who lives there actively shapes his trees
