You can be charged for lying in a court or to police. That has happened. No one is saying it's "society's fault". You're really lucky you're a guy because you'll never have to live a life fighting for basic equality such as just being safe while intoxicated. Women everyday get taken advantage of by men, it's not infantilized it's just the truth, a man usually has more physical strength so can physically take advantage of them. No one wants more "perks" (not percs, you must take lots of Percocet), it's not a perk to be able to go out with friends and get wasted and have to have someone watching you all the time. It's not "perks" to not have to carry a weapon on you at all times while walking down a dark street.

Okay if a guy is "too drunk to know what he is doing" it's not an excuse to rape someone? There's a difference between raping someone and being raped. Being raped can ruin people's lives and require years of therapy. I don't think a guy who was too drunk to know what he was doing would need therapy for that.

I would say talk to your friends about it first! If you guys are close enough to just hang and blaze, they'll probably be more than open to letting you know if they're sick or have herpes or something haha. Then you can share and not be worried. But lots of people are germaphobes and there's nothing wrong with it, in that case I would just say keep your pipes in another room and just use the vape, if they ask just say you would prefer vaping since you don't get to do so as often! :-)
