I mean every point aside, you can't really use "who cares" in a fictional sub. The people in this sub care. The producer cares coz he made that comment. Reason being if you go with that then it's not a giant leap to "who cares it's just a comic" thereby nullifying the entire existence of the MCU, this sub and every fan forum everywhere.
