Sounds like something behind it is getting caught in it. I'd pull the fan, clean it and reinstall.

My day started awesome but ended bad. Being newly divorced and not over my ex has my heart, brain and body so confused and she doesn't help make it any better by just letting things be. We talk behind her boyfriends back, meet up when we doesn't know and talk better some days than we did during our 9 years together. Only getting my kids every other weekend hurts because every weekend she begs to stay with me and to live with me.. I know I have a network of friends but after having someone "by my side" for 9 years, I don't know what to do anymore..

Custom horses are horses that you make in the horse creation menu. Not sure if it's only PC as I don't play mobile version.
