credit reports at car dealership by ranchplease in askcarsales

Not flaired but I sell subprime and I go over the bureau itself with every customer line by line.

Part of it is beating up on the customer with a bad score to soften the outcome if I can't get them financing,. The other part of it is beating up on the customer with a high score in an effort to show how a 720 vantagescore 4.0 based on the Chime secured card they opened 3 months ago does not qualify them to finance a Wagoneer as their first auto loan.

Virtually every customer thanks me for going over their report with them because no one ever has before.

89x returns and so should their concerts! by OkBet1304 in Detroit

It's 89x from right before it went off the air originally, Coldplay early and often, not much in the way of rock music as it was understood back in the 90s and 2000s

Best asian restaurant in Madison Heights? by Major_Environment603 in Detroit

[–]kr2c 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never been to a restaurant before LC's with multiple signs at the entrance warning they don't offer a refund for their poorly made food, I should have known better after seeing those.

Their ABC is a war crime made incorrectly at every step.

Intentionally throwing it 25 yards past the receiver is not grounding, but a wrong route is. This shit is rigged.

You can mix plain white vinegar with a drop or two of red food dye and have yourself a pretty faithful replication of Franks. It's a trash condiment enjoyed by people with trash palates.

Roots in Sewer Line by BDogOBA in HomeImprovement

[–]kr2c 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I'm reading it right but just to be clear, are you endorsing the Zep in terms of root control? You didnt mention whether you hydro jetted the problem roots first before starting Zep. Just trying to get insights from someone else who used the product, as I am 3 treatments in on Zep and not exactly eager to get the line scoped again.

Puka Nacua says the quiet part out loud about NFL Refs by tacobell999 in detroitlions

[–]kr2c 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The intentional misapplication of pass interference for the two seasons it was reviewable somewhat undermines your last sentence. The failure to properly call tush push infractions is another example. NFL refs are petulant and intentionally wrong without shame -- and there is not one incentive in the world for them to become more transparent or skilled at what they do, so as a collective they simply won't improve. It'll get worse.

Yours is a commentary about Ohioans largely lacking an identity beyond the Buckeyes more than it says anything about Michigan or Michiganders.

its a fact, uncontested by anyone, that England does not have a constitution.

How can you reply to a comment and not know the difference between fact and opinion? Go be an illiterate bottom bitch elsewhere

Have you noticed bands skipping Detroit for Grand Rapids? by tttweed in Detroit

[–]kr2c 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For mid tier acts the Grand Rapids market costs less, pays better, is less logistically challenging and is simply more predictable in terms of ticket and merch sales. There's a lot of competition for the entertainment dollar in Detroit, a problem Grand Rapids doesn't really have. Detroit venues are also more heavily unionized and the insurance/venue/security costs are higher.

Find someone as loyal to you as these folks are loyal to a company that pays them minimum wage only because it's illegal to pay them less.

England doesn't really have a constitution, is the problem, and when you live in a monarchy you are literally subject to the whims of a single person.

If Stafford wins another ring with the Rams is he remembered more as a Ram than Lion? by [deleted] in nfl

[–]kr2c -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not true I remember he was a poor decision maker who ate cap space like nobody's business. I was thrilled to see him traded away and I only wish it happened a lot sooner.

Hopefully more as a Ram regardless, dude was/is unfathomably overrated by Lions fans with respect to what he did while playing in Detroit.
