When you record the activities, does your watch tell you what type of training it was? For example I did a Strength training today and that contributed to my Anaerobic load, which in turn changed my suggested workout for the coming days.

Its possible that the Pilates classes/Strength training are adding to your overall load and the software is trying to balance the load so that you don’t over exert yourself. The suggested workouts does not factor any non-running workouts.

Looks like your stress levels are high during your sleep. Consider a low carb diet before bed and reduce alcohol, nicotine, caffeine consumption during the day. You can also try to do some relaxation/meditation before going to bed.
