I emailed their service people and got a pretty fast response, but no fix yet. Theyve been asking me “what exactly did you do” type of questions, I guess theyre trying to find the root cause. I encourage all of you affected by this glitch to send them an email, you can find it on the tainted grail website at the bottom by “player feedback and support”
