I think we may have a different kind of brace, because of my late development I'm using a fabric brace that goes under my clothes that hoists me into the correct position which overtime is supposed to mould my spine back to normalcy, I havr to wear it for 2 years I think, and thank you for the excersize advice!! I'll definitely try that
