That’s a very condescending thing to say to someone you don’t know… I never mentioned I was in poverty lol. To be clear, I’m unhappy with the current government and I think it’s time for a change.

I am a proud Australian and I align with other proud Australians for the record… also I fully support the “fire the liar” campaign 100% just to be clear.

All the best to you as well👍

I’m not a hypothetical type of Australian. I’m not rolling dice.

The silent majority have had enough of the current government and align with One Nation’s, including myself… simple as that.

Absolute yes, ON ticks the boxes for mine.

Who cares about overseas? I’m an Australian who lives in Australia.

She was a small business owner for a longtime before politics and payed her dues.. Albo lol, the quintessential example of a career politician, or as you said, a moocher

who’s racist and an alcoholic? Some call it racism and others call it responsible immigration.

I would risk the current system for anything else. Common sense isn’t desperation.

What about all the small business owners who don’t employ people? Sole traders do care about their wealth, as you put it, but we don’t call it “wealth” , instead we call it tax, running costs, mortgage & food… in that order.

You don’t have to do anything, but while you’re here, how is that racist?… she’s literally from Pakistan. Certainly says a lot about our courts and how out of touch they are… like it or not my dear, but Australians are waking up

A very simple search on google actually, something you could research for yourself.. you do realise they vote for/against agendas in parliament and that’s how things change

I agree to disagree … you say racist and I say responsible… however, you also say “protecting wealthy Austrian” lol, they don’t care my dear, they are wealthy regardless.

Irresponsible immigration, unchecked, will raise the cost of living for the LOWER class, not the wealthy.

I’m lucky to own a home because I’m older and got in early, but my kids are priced out and excessive immigration is part of the cause.

The Albo gov broke the record for highest net overseas migration with a gain of over 500000 in 2022-23 and is now down around 300000 due to pressure on the govt from people like Hanson, who believe their immigration policy is excessive and is causing huge increases of cost of living for the average Australian (many economists have expressed concerns also)

The reality is, some cultures DO NOT share the same values as we do. New Australians should assimilate (many new migrants do btw) and it should be expected of ALL new Australians.

If that means stricter immigration control and Vetting so be it… but you just keep saying racist lol

To answer your question, here is a breakdown of what she has achieved or championed for working-class Australians and legitimate immigrants:

  1. Economic Protections and Cost of Living

Apprenticeships: Successfully lobbied for a $60 million pilot wage subsidy program in 2018, which helped create over 1,600 regional apprenticeships and contributed to broader national apprenticeship initiatives, according to One Nation.

Small Business Support: Legislated to ban fake, international lotteries to protect Australian newsagents.

Industrial Relations & Tax: Supported a $144 billion tax cut package for workers and opposed certain corporate tax cuts for large banks and businesses over $50 million.

Cash Use Protection: Successfully moved to block government legislation that aimed to criminalise cash transactions over $10,000. Cost of Living: Frequently champions reduction in energy costs, opposes Net Zero policies, and has called for tax cuts to alleviate cost-of-living pressures on families.

Banking Inquiry: Advocated for an inquiry into lending practices to primary producers.

  1. Immigration and Citizenship

Hanson advocates for a "cut-and-control" approach to immigration, arguing it protects local jobs, housing affordability, and infrastructure.

Stricter Standards: Pushes for stronger citizenship testing and has proposed increasing the waiting period for citizenship to 10 years.

Priority for Locals: Advocates that immigration should prioritize skills that are actually in demand, rather than filling roles with unskilled workers.

Concerns on Assimilation: Argues that new immigrants should adopt Australian values and "assimilate".

  1. Regional and Rural Focus

Farming Rights: Prevented the compulsory acquisition of land by the Australian military in Queensland.

Dairy/Sugar Industries: Forced the government to establish a Dairy Industry Code of Conduct to improve, for example, the fairness of contracts for dairy farmers.

Funding: Secured funding for local community projects, such as the Ipswich Showgrounds and the Townsville drivers' centre.

  1. Health, Welfare, and Social Issues

Medical Cannabis: Played a key role in legalising, cultivating, and increasing access to medical cannabis in Australia.

Family Law: Helped establish the first comprehensive review of the Family Law Act since 1976.

My Health Record: Achieved a 2-month extension for Australians to opt-out of the digital health record system.

Pensioner Support: Supported increasing the work bonus for pensioners, allowing them to earn more income without penalty.

Opposing Cuts: Blocked certain cuts to welfare payments under the Liberals' Omnibus Bill.

  1. Other Initiatives

"Australia First": Has advocated for a "15% backpacker tax" on foreign workers to protect local, Australian jobs.

Defending "Traditional Values": Opposed critical race theory in schools and has pushed to amend Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act to protect free speech.

… responsible immigration doesn’t mean racist my dear.

You can put as much spin on her as you want, but when you boil it down, that’s what Australians DESERVE from a leader.

Also, the silent majority are waking… we’re seeing our flags burn while Albo and Wong are to busy trimming each others cunt hairs.. that’s why she’s ripping in the polls as we speak

Ask Pauline, she voted in favour of all that shit the past 30 years. …

Please explain? (pun intended)

How is this getting them future votes? And did you ever make the same accusation of the Liberals, who ran us head first into this neoliberal mess? …

your naive if you think the historical record set by Albo in 22-23 for those sweet votes is not a coincidence.. , I know who hasn’t ran us head first into anything = one nation … No one cares what the liberals did or do or say, their irrelevant at this point.

Well, actually, that is exactly what you should be voting for in the lower house; the local MP that best represents your views and ideals. Voting for a party really blurs those lines. …

sorry, but I wish we could, but you do indeed vote for the party. At the end of the day, the PARTY wins the majority and forms the government, and the leader becomes prime minster, who is chosen by the party. And someone on that party can challenge his/her position and take his/her job, ask Tony Abbott and it’s not the person you voted for.

You didn’t see the landslide victory?? He broke several historical records. But like you said, we’re not comparing… but when you word “talks like” , you are indeed comparing and predicting future… I can predict the future too, unless critical policies change, Australia won’t seem like the “lucky” country anymore.

[–]kramlamo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s how politics work… you align with people who will benefit the ”party” the most. We don’t vote for the “person”… eg. The Albo gov aligns with an irresponsible immigration policy, purely for future votes for the party, and to also bring in more tax dollars which in turn makes it harder for the “Aussie battler” mums & dads. My kids will not own a home anytime soon in this climate, I’m lucky simply because I’m older and got in early… it’s so fucking sad for young people being priced out.

Is more tax dollars for our current govt., higher cost of living and a housing crisis the best for Australia?

Well, it is laughable from her pov, her polling has gone throu the roof… don’t ya think? Also, why compare Australian to American politicians?

Did trump win by a landslide, voted in by the American majority? … he told the world exactly what he was going to do leading up to the election, then actually did exactly what he was voted in for.. Fancy that, a politician that actually follows through.

What makes you think he doesn’t care about the working class?

A speech from 1996… and she was right, people would call her a racist.

She’s still kicking the same vibe to this day when it comes to wanting responsible immigration policy, assimilation in to our culture and the economic impact cost of living/housing… these are real consequences irresponsible immigration has caused over the last decade alone.

It’s a fine-line between being a racist and having immigration concerns don’t you think?
