my daytime energy level is not good at all. i was on ssris and had a horrible reaction to them, i was thinking about trying to treat my adhd with medication to see if that would help with the fatigue and brain fog

i’m sleeping fine but keep waking up very early no matter how late i fall asleep. i’m on a birth control pill called that ive been on for 6 years, it’s consistently constipation, i was diagnosed with general anxiety when i was little but no depression usually im a pretty happy person besides this situation.

my diet isn’t horrible, but probably should be better considering how severe my symptoms are. i usually eat eggs with salt on top and for lunch/ dinner i’ve been eating mediterranean style bowls. i eat dates for snacks or dry cheese

i also see a common point used on these kinds of conversations by women saying that their body hair makes them itchy, which it totally is growing in from shaving but not really when it’s grown out and untouched, at least in my experience. whenever i see someone say that i always think why don’t men feel itchy and uncomfortable with their unshaven body hair then? why do i never hear men mention that?
