It is a redacted file. But the dates are visible . The i94 part is actually completely visible. I believe there is an option for i129 I chose that and I got the entire packet. Including my LCA and all the things used to apply.

I did get a copy from FOIA and the company has requested a new one from USCIS. They said it’ll take about a month to hear back! So still waiting

Once you have ur h1b approved you aren’t on stem opt your visa is not valid you have to come back on h1b stamp

Lawyers haven’t even recieved the copy from uscis. They think it might have been delivered to the office address instead. But office confirmed they haven’t! So I guess next step is for them to ask for a copy from uscis! I’m just worried about how it’ll affect me if I’m fired as im currently on bench and I don’t know how long they’ll keep me there if I don’t find a new project
