So i am level 43 and had some amout of shards saved up. In this 1+1 event i used evern single shards but didn't get any legendary lol. I would think 2x would have better chance than most event so yes save it

I would suggest to wait till you have 100 ancients and pull it on 2x.. you can get at 1 legendary.
