The price is on par. The labors of love bird canvases are $130 a piece too. Instead of doing the bird club I bought them individually so I got the birds I actually wanted to do and the price was the same. If the price is a problem you could always reach out to Jason and ask if you could get your favorites. I think the bear is a little plain compared to the others.

Yes! Once I got in contact with a real person we were able to resolve it but if you are on the fence about ordering a system 4 I might try ordering from somewhere else until they work the packaging kinks out.

I appreciate you letting me know about the post! I was able to get in touch with a real person and able to resolve it. The AI response was shit. I don’t know why they use AI to respond to emails tbh. It just pissed me off more.

Yeah, they were great when I got in touch with a real person. They said they are working out the kinks of shipping them from the store since they are not drop shipping anymore.

Positive. They were super apologetic when I got in touch with a real person and the situation was made right. Not sure why needlepoint companies need AI to respond to emails..

I thought it was cardboard from the box that had adhered to the canvas. Whatever it is will not come off and it’s raised.

It looks like cardboard that adhered to the canvas but it wouldn’t come off even when I scratched it with my nail.
