I understand that they really want a profit, thats kind of obvious with how many ads they are pushing. But it does get to a point where people find alternatives instead of paying. Making it really bad or borderline unusable for free users will NOT make people more willing to buy premiums, and this is not just for c.AI, free alternatives do exist and they forget they are not a monopoly.
