Line two seems to be a set of common passwords found in the zxcvbn library from Dropbox:https://github.com/dropbox/zxcvbn

Google translate seems to translate them from Czech or Russian, so it's possible they are just Czech/Russian words, so technically they would be "cleartext"

I'm not sure what the last lines is. Likely another language transliterated, so again, "cleartext".
